Mountain Top Bed and Breakfast 56816 Aspen Drive $100-110/ two persons, $10 for additional persons John and Alvie Kracik offer a quiet mountain retreat in a beautiful Sequoia National Forest setting for guests who enjoy outdoor sports or simply sitting in front of the massive rock fireplace with a good book. Two bedrooms, each with a private bath, look out over the peaceful mountain countryside. A self-contained cabin, which sleeps seven, is also available. Satellite large screen TV and a movie video selection are found in the large, airy living room. Guests may also relax in the eight foot indoor spa in its own room with picture windows for viewing the pine forest. The hot gourmet breakfast includes a selection of Egg Blossoms, Ebelskivers (Danish pancakes), stuffed crepes, cheese blintz souffle, golden almond scones, Ahwahnee creamed bananas, or Jose's oven pancakes. After a day of hiking or cross-country skiing, guests can return for wine, cheese and crackers served from 4-5pm. Smoking allowed on outside decks only, no pets accepted. Reservation is held for one week pending receipt of full lodging cost. Seven day cancellation notice needed for a refund with a $10 processing fee. VISA, MC, AMEX and Discover cards accepted.
